Beaverdam CRC’s group for girls.
This years theme is Rise Up: Lessons from Queen Esther.
HERE’S NOTHING FAIRY-TALE-LIKE ABOUT BEING A GIRL TODAY
Queen Esther got it. She may not have been perfect, but she is a perfect example to today’s girls of how to live set apart in a faithless culture. When girls learn who God is and what He says about them, they will rise up in His strength and stand strong in their faith, having complete confidence that they will be okay, no matter what.
We meet at church on the 2nd and 4th Monday evenings from 6:30-8:00PM during the school year for 3rd grade through 8th grade girls. Check the online church calendar for next meeting dates.
Activities include: devotions, praise and worship thru singing, crafts, Bible study, snacks, earning badges
Annual activities: sledding, roller skating party, campout at Cadet Campgrounds
Other activities may include: hayrides, slumber parties

The ministry of GEMS Girls' Clubs has been serving churches for fifty years. During these years, thousands of girls' lives have been changed forever. Today, there are more than 23,000 girls who are members of GEMS Girls' Clubs, with 5,200 women enthusiastically serving as their counselors and mentors. For the first time ever, GEMS Girls' Clubs has over 800 clubs!
Although GEMS has been recognized as the official youth serving agency for the CRC, it is a non-denominational ministry with club participation in several different denominations and non-denominational churches and other Christian organizations throughout the United States and Canada. Curriculum is developed from a reformed perspective.
