This evening the Elders have asked for a new summer evening sermon series investigating the 3rd Person of the Trinity, the Holy Spirit, a series we’re calling “The Holy Spirit at Work.” Who is He? What is the work that He does? What are His gifts that He gives to us as Christians? Did He work differently in the Old Testament compared to the New Testament? Tonight our sermon will look at the Holy Spirit sometimes being referred to as “the Quiet Person” of the Trinity.
