This morning we begin a brief 4-part sermon series examining the Nicene Creed. 2025 is the 1,700 year anniversary of the initial formulation of that most significant ecumenical creed. In our sermon this morning we will look at the issues at stake which lead the early Church Fathers to create the Nicene Creed and also why holding to a creed where we say “I believe” is an important part of the Christian faith.
